I build software delivery
that proves itself.
I'm Harish Ragaventhar Chandrasekar. I'm building Cadlytic, a platform where every change carries its own evidence, from the requirement to the client's sign-off.
What I'm building
Teams plan in one tool, code in another and test in a third, then explain to clients by email what was delivered. Cadlytic connects the whole chain.
Verified means evidence
A requirement counts as verified only when a real test run recorded retrievable evidence: logs, screenshots, video. An AI draft never counts on its own.
AI proposes, people approve
AI agents write code and tests inside the delivery flow. They only propose; a person approves, and AI never merges.
Delivery Passport
Each delivery can be shared with the client as a sealed record of what was built and how it was verified, ready to review and accept.
Built for Indian teams
Razorpay payments, GST invoices and credit notes, and a plan to host customer data in India.
Engineering
I lead product and engineering with a small team, and designed and built the core platform myself. We use AI pair-programming under the same rule the product enforces: AI proposes, people verify.
Backend architecture
Java and Kotlin services on Spring Boot, a Python AI service, PostgreSQL and event-driven workflows, designed for many organizations on one platform.
Multi-tenant security
Tenant isolation checked on every request and guarded by architecture tests, role-based access, MFA, audit logs, an encrypted secrets vault and SSRF protection.
Isolated test runners
Browser, API, JUnit, pytest and database test runners execute in containers and upload first-party evidence the platform can check.
Governed GitHub flow
A GitHub App connects pull requests to work items; merges pass through a merge gate that checks the delivery evidence first.
Automation Studio
Webhook and scheduled triggers, HTTP steps, approval steps that wait for a named person, loops and organization secrets.
Release discipline
Every change goes through CI with schema rebuild, test shards, static analysis, vulnerability and secret scanning, and a scripted production preflight.
Experience
Founder & CEO
- Founded and lead Cadlytic: product, go-to-market and the engineering of the platform, which I designed and built end to end.
- Backend, data model, multi-tenant security, test-runner infrastructure, AI agent loop and billing.
Technical Process Associate, Healthcare Claims & Billing
- Validated US institutional claims (UB-04) across multiple payer systems.
- Root-cause analysis of system errors, traced to the exact source in the billing module for engineering.
- Bridge calls with engineering and onsite teams to agree and verify fixes end to end.
- SQL against backend data to catch provider/payer mismatches before submission.
Data Operations Associate, Healthcare Payer Systems
- End-to-end data workflows for healthcare payer systems and data consistency checks.
- Investigated discrepancies and coordinated fixes across business and technical teams.
Projects
From the platform I run today back to the systems that taught me backend engineering.
Cadlytic
Multi-tenant SaaS connecting requirements, code, tests and client sign-off. Spring Boot / Kotlin, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, Next.js, isolated test runners and governed AI agents.
Medical Billing Management System
Spring Boot REST API for the US claims cycle: patients, claims and claim lines, CPT and diagnosis codes, insurers, denials, payments and a claim audit log, secured with Spring Security. Built from what I saw working in healthcare billing.
Sporty Shoes: e-commerce backend
Spring Boot backend for an online store: users, admin, product categories, products and purchases, with a layered controller, service and repository design.
